Accidents Other types
Any accident that has caused you injury but does not fall within the earlier categories. Here are some examples for which we have particular expertise
1. Accidents abroad: You may for whatever reason have the misfortune to be injured/become ill whilst on holiday or traveling. There will be particular considerations both in terms of the law that applies to the country in which you had your accident but also the time limit by which a claim must be brought in some cases it is only 1 year, as opposed to the 3 in England.
2. Public transport you may have been injured traveling by bus, train or even aeroplane. These accidents may also carry particular considerations and our expertise extends to these areas. Please complete a claim form and we will be happy to give you a free assessment of the merits of your claim.

4. Criminal Injury you may have been unfortunate enough to be the victim of a crime of violence; there is a public body called `The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority which administers compensation for victims of violence subject to the Claimant satisfying their eligibility criteria and the claim being brought within 2 years of the injury.
