No strings £50 interim payment
Provided we are satisfied that your potential claim has sufficient prospects of success and is not a `small claim’ (i.e where the injury is likely to be worth less than £1000) we will send you a cheque for £50.00 within 7 days of you agreeing to instruct us by signing our No win no fee and client agreements.
This is to cover any initial expenses such as travel, medication costs, loss of earnings etc. The payment a no obligation payment so if for whatever reason your claim is unsuccessful or we decide not to continue, you do not need to pay it back
